Overview
BIM Services covers the management layer around the model. We write the BIM Execution Plan, set up the common data environment, define information requirements, naming conventions and model-sharing protocols, then audit incoming models against them. We act as BIM or information manager on projects following ISO 19650, train delivery teams on the agreed workflow, and structure asset data for handover so the model keeps earning its cost after construction closes out.
