Our contract administration team represents owners on site from tender award through substantial performance and final acceptance. We handle bid evaluation, shop drawing and submittal review, progress payment certification, quantity verification, change order negotiation and claims mitigation, keeping construction aligned with the drawings, the specifications and the budget. Records are maintained to a standard that holds up under audit and, where it comes to it, dispute resolution.
