## Overview

In Chatham-Kent, a strategic development on a 4.5-hectare site at Park Street and Park Avenue East addresses the pressing demand for affordable housing. This project includes one six-story tower, offering affordable housing units and commercial units, along with recreational spaces and ample parking. Notably, 14% of the residential units are designed to be universally accessible, supporting inclusivity. The project aims to bolster East Chatham-Kent's community growth through a balanced mix of residential and commercial solutions.
